I need to update my email address, password, or name.

- First, click here and make sure that you're logged in.
- Next, click here to edit your student profile.

Something weird is happening when I try to log in...
Bad things happening? Weird error message? Super sure that you're using the correct email address and password?
- First, check the Teachable Status Page. Teachable is the platform that hosts my courses, and they might be doing some maintenance or having a temporary outage. If that's the case, just be patient and wait for them to get it sorted.
- Clear the cache on your web browser. Many wonky login issues are caused by wee browser glitches, and clearing your cache usually solves it. Here are instructions for how to clear the cache on any browser or mobile device.

I need help with something else!
Send me an email. I'm happy to help!
If you're having a technical issue, help me help you by describing exactly what's happening, including any error messages that you see and what you were doing when they appeared.
Screenshots are very helpful, too!
"I can't log in" = Vague, could be anything.
"When I try to log in I get an error that says X" = Super helpful!
